Overview Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking an HR Business Partner with excellent business orientation and expertise to understand business units' specific product/service value proposition and can translate their HR needs within larger context of company success and profitability. Position is located in Culpeper, VA. Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each) 30% Delivers human resources services to the Culpeper, VA operating site to assist, guide, and direct business leaders, and align human resources solutions with business needs. Conducts regular meetings with respective business leaders. Analyzes trends and metrics, and collaborates with site leadership team to develop solutions, programs and policies. 20% Provides guidance and input on organization design, workforce planning and succession planning. Identifies and conducts training needs for business units. Prepares reports and analyzes data as needed to support business unit and Company needs.
