The duties may vary by based on assignment. Duties may include sanitation tasks, gathering samples, operating fork trucks, making adjustments to plant equipment, packaging product, training, etc. **Critical functions** + Collects ?in process? samples and may or may not conduct the laboratory testing. + Communicates effectively with the plant personnel.
