his leadership position is available on our Night Shift , which the shift hours are Mon-Thurs 7PM-5:30AM or our weekend shift, which the hours ar F, Sa, Sun-6AM-6:30PM .Will need to be open to a flexible schedule The Operations Coach is responsible for the motivation, training, and leadership of a distribution center work team. The Operations Coach assists in developing and executes daily operational plans to meet and exceed customer service qualifications, while maximizing the quality, safety, and productivity of their designated area. Specific Duties: 1. Works closely with Location Management to ensure prompt efficient and accurate handling of merchandise 2. Monitors the productivity and accuracy of teammates 3. Ensures all teammates have specific responsibilities and there is an equitable distribution of workload 4.
