Summary of Work Provide help desk assistance to TECS, Vision, NDVerify, OASYS and SPACES eligibility computer systems for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid and Healthy Steps programs. Maintain system tables, notices, Online User Manuals and Online Help. Perform maintenance and training duties including major enhancements or projects for the TECS, Vision, NDVerify, OASYS and SPACES eligibility computer systems for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid and Healthy Steps programs. Identify, research, analyze, and resolve system problems during the system analysis and design phase for enhancements and projects. Identify, research, analyze, design, and process comprehensive work requests, test plans, and case scenarios during the acceptance testing phase for enhancements and projects to test policy changes, systems problems, and resolutions.
