Used Car Buyer - Audi Eatontown - (Freehold, NJ)

Summary/Objective The Used Car Director will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities and performance of the Used Car Sales Departments for multiple locations in achieving used vehicle unit sales, PVR as well as adherence to policies and process. The position is responsible for ensuring that each assigned departments actualizes its max profit potential on used car sales in accordance with dealership and corporate established goals. Key functions Directs and schedules the work of the employees in the Used Car Sales Departments Forecasts goals and objectives for the department Meets all goals and objectives for the department including but not limited to response rate, floor traffic, appointments set, departmental sales goals and personal sales goals Ensures sales personnel are motivated, trained and professional with regard to customer interactions. Ensures inventory mix and pricing to market.
