Forklift Operator Lead - 3rd Shift - (Mechanicsburg, PA)

The Forklift Operator Leader (FLO Lead) delivers on the day-to-day commitments to our Customer, our Company and our People. Critical responsibilities Read and Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing it Well and abide by all written and understood procedures and policies. Operate all equipment safely, following all safety procedures and being aware of your surroundings. Train / mentor all FLO's to hit / maintain their targeted moves per hour and to reach their max potential. Assign workflow according to business demands and staffing to ensure efficiencies are met. Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspection forms accurately and according to procedure. Perform receipts, inbound stock transfers, outbound stock transfers, line pulls, set-ups and inventory moves accurately and according to procedures. Communicate with line leaders to prioritize, pull and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation.
