Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to access and implement the treatment plan for patients. The RN assesses monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment. Basic requirements: Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing. Licenses - RN License. Current State of Michigan Driver's License and Car Insurance. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 180 days of hire. Preferred Requirements: Background - 6 mnths of background typically gained through skills, knowledge, and abilities in health care background for NRS Home Care.
