Position overview Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, assists in the delivery of nursing care, through use of the nursing process. Considers patient needs, age and outcomes when assisting with care delivery. Follows the nursing plan of care and reports interventions, changes or relevant observations to the RN. Min Qualifications EDUCATION High-school graduate or equivalent preferred, including expertise to read, write and comprehend medical terminology. BACKGROUND Previous background wanted.
