Inventory Control Administrator - (Conklin, NY)
Inventory Control Administrator Maines Paper & Food Service is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to assist the Inventory Control Manager with daily administrative duties. This role will support the needs of the Department and generally includes document preparation, customer responses and reporting, metrics analysis, travel arrangements, calendar and schedule maintenance, and preparation of financial data. Responsibilities also include performing a variety of administrative functions as requested. The perfect applicant will have the expertise to travel to other locations on a monthly basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages travel, meeting, and event arrangements Creates reports for specific IC processes Maintains vacation and personal time for all Direct Reports of IC Manager P-card management. Gathers receipts and reviews the fees with the Manager prior to submitting to Finance.
