Job Description Job title : Quality Engineer Job overview: Responsible for quality and continuous improvement systems and programs. Will work within assigned operation on quality issues and problems and facilitate methods to remediate and prevent future occurrences. Will work with internal departments, suppliers and customers to resolve quality/ reliability issues. Will provide engineering support as required. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for quality and continuous improvement systems and programs. Works within assigned operation on quality issues and problems and facilitates methods to remediate and prevent future occurrence of the issue. Works with internal departments and suppliers to resolve quality/reliability issues. Presents training activities to improve awareness and skill sets to support continuous improvement objectives. Works closely with field service representatives on design/problem resolution. Provides engineering support to the shop and field service as required.
