Position summary Danfoss, a global leader in Climate & Energy, has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our team. Critical Tasks/Responsibilities: Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process related concerns Responsible for continuous improvement activities to enhance quality systems such as Kaizen, 5S, etc. Develop training to build quality awareness Analyze failures and implement corrective and preventative action to respond to customer complaints Recommend product design and process changes to improve product quality Conduct audits, create audit finding reports, and determine the proper corrective and preventative actions for those findings Utilize statistical and lean based tools to complete a variety of projects to meet business objectives Lead small teams or groups to meet quality objectives.
