Senior Data Analyst - Quality Assurance - (Santa Cruz, CA)

About the Opportunity Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Management Team, provides advanced-level data analytics and reporting that includes data mining, analysis, interpretation, summary findings of Delight Platform Quality data. The QA Sr. Program Analyst will also lead small projects and perform ad-hoc analyses under the direction of the Quality Assurance Program Manager. Will also monitor short term and longterm quality assurance trends in the QA program, and provides DOTA QA management with timely data analysis, insights, and recommendations for corrective actions or improvements. The Quality Assurance Sr. Program Analyst works collaboratively with the district QA management and DOTA stakeholders to support quality improvement and data collection & organization.
