Commercial Service Writer- Kenova, WV - (Kenova, WV)

Matheny Motor Truck Company, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Service Writer. You will be scheduling repair work along with opening and closing repair orders for the following Truck Franchises; Freightliner, Hino, and Miller Towing Equipment. Engine manufacturers we work with include Cummins, Hino, and Detroit Diesel to name a few. It is a Full time position with Benefits that include Health Insurance and 401K. Working Hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday -Friday. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all commercial truck service and repair matters, the Commercial Service Writer's core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, to arrange for an appropriate service level, and to set/manage expectations on the part of the customer and the technician(s) in terms of service delivery.
