Position summary Sr. Accountant - Controller Provide, manage and maintain key office functions for the business as directed by the owners while maintaining high confidentiality in all matters. Providing oversite of HR, Financial and Administrative functions. Monitoring work in process costs for a manufacturing environment as well as a fabrication/build shop environment. Take the business accounting functions to the next level working with the CFO as they continue to grow. This is a 20-year-old firm with a good work experience of success and growth. There are three locations providing different functions. They also do installations of equipment throughout the country. Required responsibilities Oversee and manage a 2 person staff in the following areas while contributing to the work product as a working manager.
