Position overview Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance, min of 7yrs' background in accounting field, and a min of five years’ background with client/server, web based applications and relational database management systems. Outstanding communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, ERP, general ledger and financial reporting is required. Demonstrate knowledge in the following applications: Visual Basic, SQL Server, Crystal Reports. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. General knowledge of quality systems including ISO and AS9100 Demonstrate expertise multiple projects and to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrates skills with project management tools and methodologies. Direct Reports Senior Financial Analyst Accounting Clerks AR/AP Standard Work: Oversight of the Finance department to ensure business qualifications are met and timely output of financial details.
