Office/Accounting Manager - (San Clemente, CA)

Position description An established company located in San Clemente is searching for an Office/Accounting Manager with accounting background. This position pays between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, based on background. Role and Responsibilities The Office/Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and other activities including but not limited to payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, business licensing, and insurance. The Office/Accounting Manager is also expected to make recommendations to the President for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial and performance reporting. The Office/Accounting Manager supervises the accounting staff and will make recommendations for staffing needs.
