Position overview We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team of professionals You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction projects from planning & development through groundbreaking and project completion. Responsibilities: We will train you using our company training program allowing you to recognize your full potential in the field Commence and Complete all projects assigned Develop and maintain working relationships with Clients, Consultants and other agencies of the project team Plan and implement all procurement of materials and services for each project Create scope of work assignments for each subcontractor & vendor Create contracts with vendors and suppliers Manage, supervise and be responsible for all project costs and participate in project accounting updates
