No: 60 Department Name: Foodservice Sales Revision Date: Reports to Title: Vice President of Sales Main Purpose of Job Primarily responsible for taking the lead in an Internal Foodservice Sales Department Region to ensure that Master-Bilt customers receive the Best-in-Class Customer service possible through quotation and order processing, sales correspondence, and customer problem resolution via coordination with other company functions such as production, engineering, materials and tech services. Provides direction to all Foodservice Sales / Quote Specialists, Foodservice Sales Team Leaders and Foodservice Sales Support Managers in coordinating and resolving customer sales concerns and problems with the goal of resolution within 24 hours of receipt of any issue.
