Position details Job Description Individual will maintain disciplinary, organizational leadership and development of the assigned inspection/packaging area according to corporate strategy with agreement on the below listed objectives: Coordinate between assigned inspect / pack area, machining, assembly and wash area to provide on-time shipments Responsible for personnel planning Responsible for maintaining attendance and tardiness records Responsible that all packing material is ordered and available Responsible that an un-interrupted packing process is maintained and the packaging goals will be achieved Responsible for: Verifying that all necessary parts are brought to the wash in a timely manner in order to attain on-time delivery Providing the pre-arranged packing material to the packaging area(s) Verifying that all packers consistently have an inventory of parts to be packed Removing the parts that are either ready for shipment or storage Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the area as per
