Critical Thinking – use logic and reasoning to process and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Essential Duties · Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise 80 project teammates, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assignments. · Recruit, interview, and hire new laborers, and supervisors, to keep up with work flow demand. · Plan and schedule project timelines and effectively disseminate communication to appropriate individuals.
