Super Supervisor on 2nd or 3rd shift - (Racine, WI)

Position description This person is responsible for directing, planning, assigning, and monitoring the activities of a department. Supervise operations, monitor production, maintain quality and engage employees while holding them accountable. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of hourly direct reports. Carries out leadership responsibilities professionally in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws. Assignments include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assisting, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The right applicants will have 3 to 5 yrs of screen printing and/or digital imaging related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background. Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality.
