Job Summary Reporting to Director of Employee Benefits, has overall management responsibility for administration of employee Retirement Plans & Benefit Program Compliance. Will partner with vendors, HR Business Partners as well as other internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of a strategic plan and champion change management for smooth implementation. Position assignments Manage multiple vendor relationships for the administration of defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Problem resolution must be handled in a timely and accurate manner to insure all Conagra employee---s benefits are administered accurately.
