Industrial Paint Supervisor - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Randstad is looking for Industrial Paint Supervisors for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible for participating and overseeing a team of painters who finish projects from start to finish. This applicant must be able to prepare, transfer and coat the material as required on the customer's manufacturing drawings. This person will be accountable for job efficiency and for preparing any needed quality documentation as needed per our customer's requirements. Previous lead or supervisory background a MUST! Working hours: first Shift Skills: Background with Industrial coating operations Background with Powder coat operations is a plus.
