Practice Manager - Rural Health Clinic - (East Lansing, MI)

Position details Requirements: § Associate’s degree in business or Nursing preferred. § Current CPR certification. § 2 (2) years of office managerial experience including 1yr in a healthcare organization. Practice management experience wanted. § Knowledge of general management, finance, human resources and healthcare operations. § Computer proficiency required. Electronic health record knowledge helpful. § Strong Management skills. Must be a team player and dependable. § Must conduct self in a professional manner with superiors and peers. Possess excellent people skills. Responsibilities: § Manages the day-to-day clinics and Redicare operations to ensure compliance to all organization and department policies and procedures by driving team approach to developing and implementing systems to ensure the smooth, efficient, ongoing operations. § Plan, directs, controls and supervises the overall financial operational and functional activities of clinics and Redicare.
