Sales Service Technician - (Toledo, OH)

Position overview Your Role and Responsibilities: Provide onsite service and support to customers including routine as well as urgent visits to customer sites to ensure that Heraeus Electro Nite's equipment and products are in working order and that there is no interruption to the customer’s production schedule due to instrument/sensor related issues. Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and conduct trials. Evaluate, track and record inventory levels at customer sites. Build poles and conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment in the field. What is Required for this Role: Associates degree or equivalent in a mechanical/technical discipline and or related industrial sales background required. IT- Level two communication background (Serial, Ethernet, etc.) desired. Previous background in steel mills, iron foundry or other molten metals processing facilities desired.
