This individual will handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable functions including: ? Review, balance and post all direct billing and credit card fees. ? Posting of payment received ? Preparing and sending out bills to clients/airlines and guests. ? Filing of all Receivable related bills and reports. ? Review and research credit card chargeback inquiries. ? Stay on top of balances in Aging ? Attend to A/R and calls and emails. ? Hold monthly Credit meeting and prepare minutes. ? Maintain excellent coordination with other departments. ?
