Engineering Manager - (Robstown, TX)

Position overview: Nueces Electric Cooperative seeks high-quality, career-oriented applicants to effectively and efficiently maintain and enhance the delivery of electric energy and related services to the Cooperative's membership by managing the activities and resources of the Engineering Department through planning, implementing and evaluating its functioning. Min Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering and 3 to 5 years related skills with an Electrical Distribution Utility. Professional Engineer within the state of Texas or able to obtain within 3 years of employment. A Texas Class C Drivers License is required. Preferred Requirements: Five Years background in operations or engineering management or another management discipline. Knowledge of distribution overhead and underground systems designs, operations and maintenance as per RUS specifications in both 7.2 kV and 14.4 kV. Position responsibilities:
