Carillon Assisted Living, the premier Raleigh-based operator of assisted living facilities for seniors is seeking to hire an Executive Director for our community in , North Carolina. Carillon currently has 22 facilities in North Carolina with more under development. A Carillon Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the operation and management of the community in accordance with Carillon's policies and procedures as well as State regulations, and the delivery of customer service and clinical compliance to Carillon standards. In the role, the Executive Director is responsible for driving sales and community networking activities to maintain occupancy goals, including the resident evaluation and admission process. The Executive Director also ensures resident satisfaction and the coordination of all resident service activities including dining and activities.
