Director of Food and Nutrition Services - (Lake City, GA)

Director of Food and Nutrition Services requires Certification through the Dietary Manager's Association and ServSafe Certification as well. Responsible for the direction and managment of the nutritional services for the residents of a long-term faciltiy and compliance with Georgia food service qualifications and Long-term Care Survey regulations. Supervises staff of 25 and looking for innovative and imaginative person with great cooking skills to make nutrition and dining an event for those we serve.
