Job DescriptionJob Title: Director, Pharmacy StandardsReports To: Senior Director, Pharmacy OperationsFLSA Status: ExemptDepartment: Pharmacy ServicesLocation: corporate office near Nashville, TN Summary: Provide info system management in order to manage, plan, communicate, and support company standardized medication use strategies including formulary management, clinical initiatives, interdisciplinary clinical collaboratives, and other medication use policies and standards. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide ability and resource in a high performance team (cross-organizational, interdisciplinary) alongside Operations Special Services and Clinical Info Systems resources to ensure company medication use standardization with all systems and platforms (e.g., formulary, drug file, dose range checking, concentration, warning/alerts, etc.) and successful Cerner integration and maintenance.
