RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced Project Manager in York, PA . The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Responsibilities and Expectations Work with plant engineering staff; define project scope, goals, budgets and implementation schedules Manage capital improvement process for large projects Define key project tasks and required resources Assembles and manages project teams Manage budgets individual projects including forecasts Compile and consolidate project spending forecasts on a monthly basis Assist with developing and manage annual capital budgets in excess of $8MM per year Complete project management documents for capital projects for CAPEX approval, with focus on large capital projects in excess of $500K
