Youth & Family Programming Manager - (Anchorage, AK)

The Alaska Club is a network of fourteen health club with a focus on family fun and fitness. This position is responsible for all youth program development and implementation. Oversees weekend and evening activities, programs and classes for children; coordinates seasonal specialty and holiday programs and functions. Maintains varied summer assignment. Programs include but are not limited to : Swim lessons, kids camps, martial arts, dance, Parent's Night Out and more. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: Establish new program activities and expands program within The Alaska Club and community in accordance with strategic and operating plans. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel as needed. Reviews and evaluates staff performance. Ensures records of staff certifications are current and complete.
