Clinical Supervisor, Crisis Services (F) - (Florence, MA)

CSO is seeking a motivated professional to join our team! The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and support for the operations of our emergency psychiatric services. They provide clinical guidance to program staff, and also provide direct care coverage to our clients on site and in the community. By joining our strong team, the Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with hospitals and community providers to provide stability while supporting recovery. This is a full time management position with a aggressive compensation. Primarily evening shifts, but negotiable. Requirements: Master's Degree in a mental health discipline, Independent clinical licensure, and 3 years' background working with mentally ill populations. Background in crisis or inpatient settings preferred. Ability beneficial in the following areas: youth and families (CBHI); substance abuse; wellness and recovery; crisis intervention; supervision.
