In this role you would be responsible for supporting the department with daily data management, administration and analytical support of escalated customer cases to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for vehicle owners. Specific responsibilities include: taking incoming calls that dealers are unable to resolve; analyze, coordinate and respond to all escalated customer cases the department's established guidelines and protocol maintaining a high-level of customer service; administration and documentation of all customer cases in a Siebel system including processing of goodwill requests
