Opine and conclude on unique small balance property pro forma financial statement considerations, resolve transactional issues that escalate in 3rd party reports, work with Producers to obtain all due diligence, review of borrower financial position, market analysis, property inspections. Assess key areas of risk and conformance with Freddie Mac guidelines and policy requirements.
