Clinical Laboratory Technologist II-IV - Core Laboratory (13 Hour- Nig - (Stony Brook, NY)

At Stony Brook Medicine, a TH Clinical Laboratory Technologist/ Technician is a valuable member of our team, who provides who provides clinical services to our patient population. Will maintain specific knowledge of safe laboratory practices as endorsed by the New York State Department of Health and Occupational Safety and Health Administration and conducts oneself in a manner consistent with those practices to ensure the safety of all lab personnel. Applicants who are qualified will demonstrate superior patient care and possess excellent communication expertise while adhering to our high standard of excellence. Duties of a TH Clinical Laboratory Technologist may include but are not limited to the following: Line responsibility for the performance of clinical analysis in the Department of Laboratories. Perform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as assigned according to established protocols to ensure proper instrument performance. Adhere to all quality control policies and procedures.
