Senior Technician - (Freeport, TX)

Olin Chlor Alkali Products & Vinyls, a division of Olin Corporation, has an opening for a Senior Technician, located in Oyster Creek, TX. The purpose of the Sr. Technician role is to ensure that there is an on shift resource with plant knowledge and background, to assist teammates with value assessment of service requests, encouraging performance of repair tasks and to address issues regarding the scheduling of teams activities. This role provides a shift resource with working understanding of the process to coach and enhance the technical capabilities of the team by sharing experiences, computer skills and knowledge. This role acts as a liaison between the shift team and the Plant Technical Advisor role. Provides shift to shift continuity, for the overall coordination of activities within a plant. The Sr.
