The Provider shall provide personnel care services in support of the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. The primary site of service will be located at naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA, and the Branch Medical/Health Clinics (BMC/BHC)and/or or the Tricare Clinics: Naval Medical Center- Force and Family Medicine Clinic BHC Boone Clinic BHC Oceana TPC Virginia Beach TPC Chesapeake BHC Northwest The Provider shall provide personnel care services in support of the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. The primary site of service will be located at naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA, and the Branch Medical/Health Clinics (BMC/BHC)and/or or the Tricare Clinics: BHC Oceana TPC Chesapeake REQUIREMENTS: The Health Care Worker (HCW) shall possess and maintain the min requirements; Possess a board certification in Family Medicine as determined by the American Board of Family Medicine. Possess a min of one year background with the preceding two years. Current ACLS certification and DEA.
