Experienced Veterinary Technician - (Jacksonville, FL)

Scott Mill Animal Hospital is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team full-time. Must have over two years background as a Veterinary Technician. Eligible candidates must be proficient in drawing blood, placing catheters, taking digital xrays, performing dental cleanings, prepping, monitoring, and recovering surgery patients, assisting in exam rooms, and educating clients. Our technicians are also crossed trained for reception and kennel duties and will occasionally be required to fill those positions. We are a paperless practice- computer proficiency is a must! Background with Infinity software preferred but not required. We pride ourselves in having a friendly family-like atmosphere. We are looking for an upbeat outgoing team player who is able to educate our clients and comfort our patients while providing exceptional veterinary medicine. Weekday hours are approx 7:30am to 5pm, and alternating Saturday shifts are required from 8am to noon.
