Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist--?---------- Responsible for supporting the accounting department and accounts payable staff in developing relations with vendors and business partners. ?---------- Focus will be placed on streamlining the disbursements function and ensuring compliance with company's authorization policies.?---------- Responsible for Payables full cycle process including: three-way match, invoice coding, approval confirmation, processing periodic check-runs. ?---------- Play a key function in researching, resolving and applying applicable credits while maintaining positive business relationships with vendors.
