RNs on this unit will work rotating schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor. three South CDU is a 46-patient bed monitored observation department designed for rapid patient assessment and treatment of emergencies. The CDU provides the care for patients requiring additional assessment, monitoring, and testing to determine if he or she requires further inpatient treatment or can be discharged from the hospital setting safely. three South is looking for an experienced RN with superior critical thinking and observation skills, while working hand in hand with a team of nurses and additional staff to provide the best quality patient care possible.
