Position overview CNAs Not-for-Profit Professional Services division is currently recruiting for a Claims Specialist. We seek a professional and a personable representative for this role. This division focuses on program business in the areas for community associations located throughout the U.S, providing directors and officers coverage. Claim types will include coverage for breach of duty and mismanagement. This program is high volume/low severity, thus organizational and time management expertise are essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interprets more complex or unusual policy coverages and determines if coverage apply to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed. 2. Sets activities, reserves and authorizes payments within scope of authority. Ensures issuance of disbursements while managing loss costs and expenses.
