The Lead Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the performance and maintenance of equipment in our new 200,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio. In addition, this position will set the training plan for developing and mentoring the skills of our other Maintenance Technician roles. Your Contributions: Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating machinery equipment including lathe mill, surface grinder, etc.
