HVAC Technician - Norwood - (Norwood, MA)

We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our JLL team!OVERVIEWThis position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. A very high percentage of "wrench time" is expected. Individuals are should demonstrate technical ability in HVAC maintenance and perform other tasks such as basic plumbing, basic electrical and basic carpentry in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing and office facility.The individual in this role must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required. Some overtime is to be expected.REQUIRED FUNCTIONS:o Ensures that all appropriate R&M data is captured on a work ordero Review and analyzing system data (reliability, one calls, etc.) and developing initial recommendation with Maintenance Supervisor on any maintenance changes, upgrades, replacements, etc.o Cross train others for back-up
