Production Supervisor AM - (Albuquerque, NM)

World's largest manufacturing facility is looking for a Production Supervisor to work 2nd shift 6 am to 4:30 pm; Monday -Thursday and as production requires. Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers. May assist or train new and junior-level supervisors, and act as backup to Production Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and assignments include the following, however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time. - Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team player to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents. - Key contact for continuous improvement in department with regards to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. - Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines. - Generates the final production schedules for production lines.
