Production Manager/Superintendent Position summary: The Production Manager/Superintendent is a key member of management and will be responsible for the day to day production, quality and maintenance activities in the company. The manager will supervise all department heads and ensure production goals are being meet. This individual will assist in developing systems to ensure quality while improving plant efficiency. The manager must also be a strong leader with a high degree of expertise to train and develop people. The manager will ensure that all company procedures are followed throughout all operational activities in the plant in order to support and continually improve the quality, growth and profitability of the company.
