The Occupational Claims Analyst, a workers' compensation adjuster, administers the claims aspect of the Workers' Comp plan and Temporary Alternative Work Program under the direction of the Medical Director of Occupational Health. This role manages individual claim costs through participation in negotiations, settlements, and the workers' compensation litigation process and is a champion of prevention and safety throughout the Hospital. You will also serve in an advisory capacity for Employer hospitals and entities. As part of Employer, Reading Hospital has served the local community since 1867.
