Plan and assign work of subordinates. Schedule employees as needed for work load. Handle attendance records through Kronos. Make recommendations with regard to procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality. Work efficiently with Production personnel to ensure quality parameters are met and food safety is not compromised. Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices.
