Duties Duties Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a Supervisory Aircraft Loadmaster (Instructor), Job summary Number D2302000 and is part of the WY 153rd Operations Support Flight, National Guard. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a 1st level supervisor over subordinate loadmasters and as an aircrew member. Plans, directs, and manages operational and training matters pertaining to assigned loadmasters. In addition, performs aircrew duties as an instructor/evaluator loadmaster in the unit type aircraft (C-130 Series aircraft). (1) Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the loadmaster section, ensuring that operational and training duties pertaining to loadmasters comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet organizational mission.
