Position title Utility Technician-1 Job details Summary The Utility technician role is to provide a variety of facility support functions and duties including as needed: --- Room and meeting set-ups, client moves, general equipment and furniture moves, event support, handling of deliveries and freight, minor repairs and maintenance needs, physical inspections of the facility and premises and other related duties as assigned. Position overview Performs the following under the direction of the Facilities Manager: Conducts the physical movement of furniture, equipment boxes and materials as needed for meeting and conference room set-ups, facility events, client moves, freight shipping and deliveries, stocking and alike. May conduct minor repairs to the facility and premises as assigned. Prioritizes work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to client calls and work orders as assigned, complete any and all assigned facility support, maintenance, event support, set-up and repair work.
